It is usually difficult to define the difficulty of manufacturing a product solely based on process capability, because process capability involves many interdependent parameters. In addition, it also depends on different material processing methods, customer inspection standards, production capacity limits, and so on. Even for some products with high process difficulty, producing a very small quantity is often not a problem. Therefore, defining difficulty in the context of the factory’s positioning for prototypes and mass production is more practical. We provide a standard product calculator to help you estimate the sample price for the most basic products. However, for requirements beyond our capabilities—typically involving larger quantities, non-standard materials, or complex processes—you will need to upload your data so that our engineers can accurately assess it and provide pre-production optimization suggestions.

What we can do?

Steps：

1.Upload your files and the required quantity.
2.If we are unable to manufacture your product, we will notify you via your registered email.
3.If we are able to manufacture your product, we will send you a quotation via your registered email.
4.If the requirements exceed our capabilities but can be fulfilled through optimization, we will provide optimization suggestions via email and offer a quotation based on those recommendations.
5.Accept our quotation and provide the final files to officially start the order production.
6.After completing the EQ, track the latest order status online through the system.
7.After the order is completed, obtain the tracking number through the system

1.Our quotations are valid for 30 days.
2.If the data is updated at the time of ordering, a new quotation is usually not required. However, if any parameters that affect the price have changed, we may provide an updated quotation and notify you by email.
3.All of our product quotations are based on FCA SZ.
4.We normally do not offer payment terms for new online customers. If payment terms are required, please discuss this with our sales representative offline.
